There's a readme file in the app's folder. I can see how this can be confusing and I'll work on improving it.

Any updates on the documentation? Having issues connecting to the CM database with win authentication. I am not seeing anywhere to select connection driver like in v2.

No, unfortunately. I've changed jobs a few times and I no longer support a SCCM or Splunk environment and lost access to my test environment. I'm hoping to build my own but I haven't had the amount of free time lately to tackle that large of a project.
