Possible Bug in the Jenkins Apps

When using the Splunk App for Jenkins, we noticed if you send only the console output (e.g. by using the sendSplunkConsoleLog() option in a declarative pipeline) and no other artifacts, the 'Logs & Artifacts' section of the 'Build Analysis' section of the Splunk App for Jenkins does not function. It only displays "Click Here Choose Console Output or Build Artifacts" but upon click nothing happens. I've confirmed that the console log was indeed forwarded to Splunk as it can be searched for manually, but the console log cannot be viewed from the Splunk App for Jenkins. However, if you send another artifact of some kind, the dropdown appears and functions as expected (perhaps because it is expecting more than one option to display).
