Panel not display Description property

Hello,

I defined the following panel and I would like display a description on it.

    <panel>
        <title>Test Panel</title>
        <description>My description</description>
    </panel>
  </row>

The description is not displayed. How can I show it?

This seems to be broken. I can confirm that, contrary to what is stated in the documentation, a description element below panel is not displayed on Splunk 6.2.1.

I think something is way off in the documentation. I tried adding description tags everywhere i could :) Only the one at the top, right after <dashboard> tags worked. When i manually tried to edit the panel, it shows me only one option "Edit Title".
