Panel Download link

Hi, is there a way to have the panel screenshot as a link which could be attached into an external alerting system? Something like telegram for example, so that I could attach the panel screenshot automatically in the telegram?

Unfortunately, I don't think that Splunk has the capacity to send visualizations through alert actions.
