Not able to connect Salesforce Sandbox from Splunk

Hi, I had tried to connect Salesforce sandbox using Splunk add-on app. but getting the below error

Error occurred in request url=https:/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/services/Soap/u/39.0/ method=POST reason=HTTP Error [Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

In the sales force add-on, I have given the Salesforce environment, Security token, username and password.

Could you please help me in getting this resolved.
