All Apps and Add-ons

Not able to configure New Relic Add-on

Hi,
We are leveraging Splunk Cloud. We installed the Splunk Add-on (Splunk_TA_New_Relic) version 2.1 and New Relic dashboard(splunk_app_New_Relic). We are not able to configure the Add-On, because the page to do so never loads up....we are "stuck" in the "Loading" status..

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
