From time to time we get a timed out status with no response time (Though the website is running fine). We tried increasing the response threshold time, no use.

What will the cause of it and how to fix it?

This is how the input would behave if the connection to the website had indeed timed out. I would troubleshoot the connection and see if something is preventing the website from responding or if the network connection is unstable.
