Network Toolkit 1.2.4 Setup only shows first 25 indexes

Setup for Network Toolkit loads only the first 25 indexes (alphabetical order) for user to select from.

Where can i configure the destination index by hand (from CLI)?

This is due to a bug in the setup page. I can easily fix this and will release a new build with a fix ASAP. See the bug report here: https://lukemurphey.net/issues/2281

Update:
The bug has been fixed in version 1.2.5 and a new release is available on Splunk-base. The fix is a client-side fix so make sure to clear your browser's cache or bump SplunkWeb after installing the updated app.
