No, the Bitwarden TA is limited to a single configuration for a specific Bitwarden server with associated Client Access Key/Secret.
This is a limitation of the app itself but you could run multiple copies of the app on different Splunk Heavy Forwarders if you possible.
You may also want to contact support@bitwarden.com to request that the feature for multi-organisation be added to future versions of the app.
