Microsoft Office 365 Add-on: Multi-factor authorization causing error

Good Morning,

We are using the O365 Reporting App for Splunk to pull data into the dashboard on the Microsoft O365 Add-on for Splunk.
When we turn on Multi-factor authentication for the account configured in the settings, the data stops pulling and gets the error below.
IF we turn MFA back off, this works again.
Will the add-on ever support MFA? Is there a workaround?

HTTP Request error: 401 Client Error: Unauthorized for url: https://reports.office365.com/ecp/reportingwebservice/reporting.svc/MessageTrace?$filter=StartDate%2...;
