Metrics not collected in splunk app for unix

Hi - I have installed Splunk app for unix version 5.2.4, but its not collecting any of the metrics from the clients.

On browsing through the forum found the below command to setup but I guess this is for older version, my current version of the app is in different path. I don't see setup.sh script.

$SPLUNK_HOME/bin/splunk cmd $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/Splunk_TA_nix/bin/setup.sh

After installing the application, what are the next steps to collect the server metrics from the clients.

To get the data in splunk i installed the addon all the endpoints which has the input config scripts.
