Microsoft Cloud Services Add-on error: "The permission set () sent in the request does not include the expected permission"

I have been working with Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Cloud Services. 2 weeks ago the app was good. I could view data. But recently, I got an error about connection and I can't get data. The principal error message is "The permission set () sent in the request does not include the expected permission".

I was reviewing with cloud admin about permissions, and this app has full permissions, but I am still unable to get data.

Some comments about that error?
