Juniper SRX not converting from srx_log

I have an existing splunk installation that has had our Juniper firewalls logging via Syslog. Since the network team has asked us to configure the Splunk for Juniper App, we created a new listener on a new port and pointed the juniper to it. We then installed the Splunk for Juniper App. This works, and I can search and see entries with source_type = "srx_log", but nothing appears in the app, and there are no entries with sourcetype="srx_threat".

Any pointers on where I should start looking would be appreciated.

Thanks

I haven't updated the app in forever, so it's possible that it's just broken at this point, especially if you're running Splunk 5.x. However, assuming the app still works, make sure your logs from the SRX are in structured format (they are in unstructured format by default in JUNOS 11.x and 10.x, IIRC). Also, you won't see any srx_threat logs unless you have the IDP license installed on your SRX.
