@whrg Upon installing the app, when it says that it welcome and permission, the app keeps loading and redirected to $Splunk_HOME/My/Path/app/splunk_app_db_connect/ftr#/welcome?_k=8v3u24
Any ideas why?

@Anmar0293 I'm not using the Splunk DB Connect app myself. So I can only give you some general hints: Check out the User Documentation; specifically the installation instructions and the troubleshooting chapter. Also, you could search here on splunk>answers if anybody else had this issue.
