Is the Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange "Free" if I have a Splunk Enterprise license that supports apps like Windows Infrastructure?

The last time I updated the Exchange application, it shutdown after the "Trial Period". I have an ongoing Splunk Enterprise license which supports apps like windows infrastructure. I have Exchange version 2.1.2...if I upgrade will it see my enterprise license?

The Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange requires purchase of an additional license once the trial period has expired. contact your sales team to get further information.
