Is it compatible with version 7.3?

We have this Alert Action App working on Splunk Enterprise 7.1.3. Search Head Cluster. Linux.

Splunkbase says it is compatible with 7.2. Has anybody tested it on 7.3?

Yes I found it works. I have used SE version 7.3.5.
