Installing new R packages in R analytics app (windows)

I have recently installed the R analytics app on Splunk following the directions available here:

https://answers.splunk.com/answers/575629/how-to-install-r-analytics-on-windows.html

I now want to install a new R package. I have R installed on windows in the C drive.

I tried installing the ISLR package into the C:\Program Files\R\R-3.5.0\library using the below command in R and in R, I can see that the package was installed successfully.

install.packages("ISLR",lib='C:\Program Files\R\R-3.5.0\library')
library('ISLR')

However, I still cannot see the package 'ISLR' under the list of Libraries in the R analytics app on Splunk. What am I missing?

Any help would be much appreciated!
