IOPS on Windows 2008 R2

What's the easiest, best, and most reliable way to measure IOPS on Windows 2008 R2? I cannot get IOZone and IOMeter working.

Try VDBench I had similar problems getting most of the standard test software to work for us, and found this one instead and it worked well.
