I've integrated PagerDuty with Splunk but I'm not seeing Incidents/Alerts in PagerDuty.

How can I troubleshoot why this is not working? I'm seeing the alert firing in Splunk and a log event showing that it works on the Splunk side.

Example:
04-25-2017 11:47:02.075 -0700 INFO sendmodalert - Invoking modular alert action=pagerduty for search="PagerDuty Test" sid="blah" in app="search" owner="me" type="saved"
