All Apps and Add-ons

I'm running the Cisco Networks App and while it lists all devices by IP, it's not pulling device hostname, software images, models, etc. Any ideas why?

Did you read the docs where it says that you need Smart Call Home configured for this to work?

It does not support Catalyst 2960 variants and lower because they're unable to schedule periodic updates.
