I am trying to install the " Pentaho Business Analytics for Splunk Enterprise " but i am getting error that " site cant be reached " my internet speed is good”.

here is the below screenshot which shows the error," the web page that might be temporarily down or it may have moved to new web address "
As the file size is about 1.2 GB
