All Apps and Add-ons

I am getting "ValueError: No JSON object could be decoded" message from the add-on.

I am getting "ValueError: No JSON object could be decoded" message from the add-on, and I believe the reason is that I am getting some error message in HTML format from Azure instead of real log/events in JSON format.
I am using PAT (Personal Access Token) instead of password. Could that be the reason?
