How to update a database table from splunk DB connect 2?

From DB COnnect 1 we can write a update query in directly in from |dbquery OR we can use |dboutput.
But how we can do in splunk Db connect2.
I know that from DB connect 2 we have DB outputs to insert the data into table.
But if we want to update what to do?

Hello,

From my understanding, you would configure a database output in DB Connect v2, then reference that output when you use the search command.

dbxoutput output=<string>
