How to install 'Splunk Add-on for ServiceNow' on Splunk Cloud Version

Hello I am trying to integrate ServiceNow and Splunk. Both are cloud instance.

The documents seem to indicate that I will need to install the 'Splunk Add-on for ServiceNow' from the Splunk Apps store, the problem is the 'Request Install' button is grayed out.

Alternatively I have tried to download the 'Splunk Add-on for ServiceNow' however the 'Install from File' button is missing.

Any help/insight to get the integration going is highly appreciated!

Many of the Splunk add-ons / apps must be installed by SplunkCloud support. You need to open a case with Splunk Support for the installation.
