How to get Netapp logs to splunk instance WITHOUT using the app "Splunk App for NetApp Data ONTAP"

im trying to get the logs from Netapp storage without using the App.
can we get that data without app??
can someone help me on this problem??

Which logs are you trying to obtain? Performance logs or CIFS logs?

Otherwise, you can take a look at forwarding the Syslog of that Netapp to Splunk, or you could send it to a Syslog server and have Splunk monitor the file.
