How to filter specfic Windows CPU counters?

Is there a way to filter out Windows counters we don't care about to save license usage?
As an example, I don't want % C1 Time; % C2 Time; AND % C3 Time; indexed.

Or is it an all or nothing type of thing with Windows CPU ?
