How to disable gzip compression in the Scheduled Export of Indexed Data (SEND) to File add-on?

Hi,

Is there way to disable the gzipping of output file. We would like to monitor the file, but it is not possible if it is compressed in binary format.

The App is only really intended to be a trivial example to guide you in the direction of your actual use case for exporting of data.

So you could take the App code (from Splunkbase or Github) and simply add the necessary code to unzip the the file.Probably only 1 or 2 lines and code examples are easily googleable.
