How to connect Splunk to an Essbase database?

Hi,

We have Oracle ERP and as part of the system, have an Essbase DB.

We would like to connect this DB to Splunk.

There is any way to do it?

We saw that Splunk DB Connect 2 not support these kind of DB yet.

We're not using db connect 2.x yet. But in 1.x if you have the jdbc jar and know the connection settings, you should be able to create your own connection type.

It looks like you should be able to do something similar in 2.x too:
