How to collect SQL audit data?

I have managed some SQL Server , now my leader want to do below requirement:

Audit target ：a specific account

Audit requirement：record all operation with this account，include: login、access and alter to the table and database

I only know the plugin "splunk for windows sql server" and "DB connect" , according to the requirement , How to do it use splunk?
