How do I fix Dbconnect issue where logs from databases have raw timestamp data that is different than Splunk indexer?

I am using the DBConnect 3.x. One of the Oracle databases from which i am collecting logs has a raw timestamp data, which is not the same as the Splunk indexer server. (Raw database data is 5 hours behind the spunk time and no timezone region name in field value of oracle data).

How can I fix the issue related to different timezones ?

I have added the timezone in "db_Connection" but no luck.
