How do I blacklist "filtered__results.json" in file monitoring?

I want to blacklist "filtered__results.json" file and allow to ingest by Splunk anything  "filtered__results.json265964694" 
 

How do I do ? what is correct Rex for blacklisting "filtered__results.json"
