We want to be able to see when a Workday user changes their direct deposit account/routing information multiple times. Workday users shouldn't be changing this very often so if it is happening it could be a security breach that we would want to be aware of. Setting an alert when someone attempts to do this multiple times over a short period could thwart efforts to reroute someones payroll.
