How can I get the alerts created before installing the App to appear in the App?

I have create quite a few alerts using the default Search and Reporting, save as Alert. They appear under the Search and Reporting/Alerts. I have now installed the Alert Manager app. How do I get them to appear in the Alert Manager?

Basically it's saying to enable the "Alert Manager" custom alert action.
