Getting "Alert action script returned error code=5" with Microsoft Teams messages publication addon (4855)

Hi,

I'm trying to get this addon working. I've setup a dummy alert with MS Teams alert action. Each time the alert triggers in splunkd.log I'm getting 

action=ms_teams_publish_to_channel - Alert action script returned error code=5

In splunkd.log
