Getting XML tags in results after upgrading to 2.3.0

After Upgrading to 2.3.0 I'm getting XML tags in results.

For example, wherever the ' appears it's replaced by the tag '.
However, the data being sent is not in XML format.
Anyone else seeing this issue?
