FISMA compliance using Splunk

Does Splunk have any guides specific to configuring your installation to comply with FISMA continuous monitoring? I understand the Admin guide will deal with the installation and general configuration, but I was looking for a guide dealing directly with FISMA requirements. Does Splunk have a pre-configured template for FISMA?

A FISMA app is currently in limited release and will be made available on Splunkbase within the month.

I have been trying to search for configuration installation to comply with FISMA app as well, but have been unsuccessful locating instructions to do so. Will Splunk provide instructions in the near future? I've called into Splunk Support and have been told they are unable to assist with third party apps, and they are not familiar with the FISMA app. Any ideas on how I can receive instructions or assistance with this issue?
