F5 Add on Splunk Configuration

Hi can someone help me to configure F5 add on for splunk I created HTTP collector and from there I am getting f5:telemetry:json (telemetry logs) but the add on gives me opportunity to add server and inputs I read documentation but I do not know how to prepare F5 for this I could and find any documentation for f5 configuration and also please if someone configured F% based on this add on can you please share your experience and say me how to configure it. Thanks a lot
