Exchange Server App did not install properly

I just installed Splunk 4.2.4 two weeks ago and added some data to index. Today I installed the Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange. I then restarted Splunk as per the installation instructions and now when I try to open the Exchange App I am greeted by ~15 error pop ups in a row that say:

"Splunk encountered the following unknown module: "xxxxx". The view may not load properly."

xxxxx changes in each error: SideviewUtils, HTML, Search, PostProcess, etc.

Any ideas?

You need to have Sideview Utils also installed. This can be downloaded from Splunk-base.

I think it is a Java issue.
