Error with Ingest Action: Why am I unable to access WebUI?

Hello All

I am currently using Ingest Action on a HF to route my data both on indexers and S3 bucket. I managed to create my ruleset and everything is working fine with data being successfully sent to AWS but I can't access to the Ingest Action WebUI anymore.

When I try to access it, I got the message Splunk is still initializing. Please retry later.

Does someone have an idea on how to fix this issue ?

Thanks

Hi Garrom. I had this issue recently. I was using a 50GB dev_test license. When I removed this and switched to a personal 10GB dev license it started working.

The issue I have now is I'm unable to click on the Destinations button to configure a destination for some reason.

I may try upgrading from 9.0.1.

Hello,

I got an answer from the support asking me the switch from my current license (Forwarder) to an Enterprise license.

It could be the issue since the trial license was probably still active when I did the original configuration and switched to forwarder license later, but I'm surprised that I don't get a clearer error message.

Anyway, I cannot connect to my license master for now due to version compatibility and the license master upgrade is planned in a few months so I'll have to wait for now, I'll make an update if the license switch solve the issue or not.
