Error in 'script': Getinfo probe failed for external search command 'dbxquery'.

Hi everyone,

I'm running a query in Splunk using the dbxquery command and received the following error:

Error in 'script': Getinfo probe failed for external search command 'dbxquery'.

When I check Apps -> Manage Apps -> Splunk DB Connect, I see the version is 2.4.0.

Please help me identify the cause and how to fix this error.

Thank you for your reply. I have found the cause of the issue, there was a mistake in executing the query in the app, which does not have permission to access the database on Splunk. Thanks again!
