Dropbox for Business - Configuration Error - Error in Posting to Rest API

Hi I am attempting to install the Dropbox for Business app but am getting the following error:

Encountered the following error while trying to update: Error while posting to url=/servicesNS/nobody/splunk-app-dropbox/dfb_setup/dfb_setup_endpoint/dfb%3A%252F%252Fdfb_rest

In my Dropbox account, I can see that the apps are linked, so it looks like there must be an error on the Splunk end.

Any advice would be appreciated!
