Does the Splunk App for Stream support SCTP as a transport protocol?

I'm trying out the latest update to Streams and I'm having a bit of an issue getting it to work on diameter data. When I run tcpdump, I do see that the diameter messages are communicating via SCTP instead of TCP. Is SCTP supported as the transport layer in Streams for Diameter?

Unfortunately, Stream only supports UDP and TCP as transport protocols, no SCTP at this point.
