Does the MINT UUID value get regenerated or stay the same when a customer reinstalls the mobile app? What happens to the UUID when customer upgrades the app to a new version?

A new UUID is regenerated only if the customer deletes the app and reinstalls it. Upgrades don't produce a new UUID.
