I have two destination I would like to forward this traffic to, DC1 & DC2.
Can I configure acnvm.conf to send to two syslog server ip addresses?
If so, what would that configuration look like?

Hi,

The collector does not support multiple syslog destinations at this time.

You could use a UDP replicator such as http://code.google.com/p/samplicator/ to achieve this.
