Does Splunk DB Connect 2.4 support queries that rely on storedprocs?

Documentation is unclear.

Does Splunk DB Connect 2.4 support queries that rely on storedprocs? Given that Splunk DB Connect runs queries with a cursor, does that require any additional boiler plate code in my original query?

We're unable to run a plain old: EXEC myStoredProc. The JDBC driver produces an error: No results parsed. However, we've verified using Sql Management Studio that the same query returns at least 25 records.

We'll have DB Connect 3.0 supporting dbxquery for stored procedures.
It will be released in couple days.

That's excellent news. This is a significant blocker for our operations team. Please feel free to message me, if you'd like to test any private betas.
