Dendrogram viz default stroke colour for undefined node colour

Hi Chris,

It would be great to add the option to set the default stroke colour to be used for nodes, when no color field is given. Currently it's hard coded to #777. Easy enough to change the code, but a config setting in the UI format page would be nice.

Yeah no worries, I will get this done in the next few days along with all the other changes I need to do.
