Deduplication of events before indexing

We have many checkpoint firewalls and redundant management stations (CMAs). Both the active and the passive CMA are sending events - this apparently is as designed. So each event is received and, even more importantly, indexed twice, with exactly the same timestamp and the same fields.

Is there any way to perform deduplication at the forwarder level, so that we only receive events once ?

No, not at this time. That is an interesting use case, though.
