DB2 HADR Database connection issue from Splunk DB connect App

I was trying to make a connection/inputs for DB2 HADR database, but for some reason couldn't able to make a connection.

can anyone let me know how to make connection to the DB2 HADR instance when it failed over to the secondary server and how to make connection when it fail back to the Primary server???
