DB Connect (almost) no new data

I'm connecting to Informix database which has dozens of new rows every minute. Rising column is startdatetime and timestamp is taken from this column as well. Execution frequency is every 60 seconds.
Initial input load seems gone well and even checkpoint works as it should. But later I get just couple of new rows per hour.
Which are the ways to troubleshoot such weird behavior?

Per the db connection document, the rising column is not supported under Informix database ->
