Client Web Report usernames in Web Security App

Question:

I am trying to run a Client Web Report using the Web Security portion of the Cisco Suite.

With the Username field set to (*) I get results since this is wildcard.

However when I type an actual username in either (Domain\Username or Username@domain.com) it comes back with no results found.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Have you tried with a double backslash?
